BCH Mechanical has been in business since 1976 and is a fully diversified mechanical contractor. Daryl Blume is the President of the company and is immersed in the business and sales of the business. Dan Allen is the companies Vice President and oversees all the field operations. John Fields is the company CFO and manages all financial aspects of the business.
The following are a few things we feel set the business apart; we employ a full time safety manager to oversee company safety by being active daily on the job sites training teaching and promoting safe work environments daily. All key individuals have Nextel phones for instant communication. We feel the communication for ordering materials, such as obtaining the critical missing piece of duct or pipe saves us in the production process.
We utilize Timberline job cost software. We know estimated cost versus actual cost in over 100 distinct job functions. Therefore we know during and after jobs are completed exactly where we stand versus estimated budgets and take corrective actions along the way.
3D-CAD Software is our vital pre-planning tool that reaps a magnitude of benefits. The major savings comes from our ability to draw via CAD and then download the sheet metal direct to a “state of the art’ sheet metal shop that is totally automated. And the ability to help the projects coordinate and interface between all trades is priceless to the overall team.
