CUTLER AND BCH IMPRESS IN PASCO COUNTY

4th Quarter Page 1 of 4

BCH Mechanical had another challenging summer in the Pasco County School District.  Cutler Associates hand picked our Company to perform the HVAC on Zephyrhills High School and Woodlands Elementary School during the 62 day summer shutdown.

Mark Staffieri, Maynard Baker and John Binder of Cutler Associates, were the General Contractor for these two projects.  John Binder coordinated and scheduled all the work for both projects. Mark Williams, our Project Manager, led the BCH Team on both of these projects and worked closely with Cutler Associates.

Zephyrhills High School was a $1,302,000 project with the installation of two air cooled chillers and 24 roof top chilled water air handling units all completed in a two month period.    Sixteen to eighteen of our employees were on this site during construction.  The pipe fitters were led by Steve Buron and our sheet metal crew was led by Butch Brensinger. The team did the impossible with the time allotted.

BCH Mechanical has always been a key player for Cutler Associates.  Their scheduling efforts, ”can do” attitude and actions were keys to the success of our Summer Renovation Projects in Pasco County this year.“ -  Mark Staffieri, Cutler Associates

Woodland Elementary was a smaller mechanical project installing one Carrier air cooled rotary scroll 220-ton chiller.   The crew of six pipe fitters worked diligently to get this project done and was led by Omar Walker.

We appreciate all the hard work that both of our teams of employees put in on these projects.  These projects are two fine examples of fast track projects where our teams stepped up to the challenges and got them done on time.
