A Message to Our Customers about COVID-19

To All BCH Mechanical and ConServ Building Services Customers,

We hold with great pride, the culture we have built organically through our team over the years; one of trust, respect, integrity, and honesty. This unique culture, combined with the loyalty that our suppliers and vendors show year after year, makes us who we are as an organization. Today, we are living through a tough macro environment with the rapid spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, which is unsettling and concerning for all. Our heartfelt thoughts go to those who have been impacted.

As an organization, we are taking prudent steps to protect the safety and well-being of all of our employees and— to safeguard against any vulnerability of COVID-19 spread within our offices and job sites. As such, a few weeks ago, the company established guidelines to protect our team including limiting meetings, preventing vendor visits, and taking other proactive measures.

Among the many unknowns the upcoming weeks present, there is one certainty that BCH and ConServ hold on to: we have a strong team of employees who will rise to the challenge. At this time, we are still open at our offices and job sites, which allows us to work and have established “emergency action teams” to service our health care and crucial services customers for special critical life sensitive needs. We will continue to provide unparalleled service, as allowed by law, to service our customers.

It is times like this that cause us to reflect and be grateful for what we have. Thank you for your continued loyalty and for being an important part of the BCH/ConServ Family.
