The BCH Fast Track Division was established several years ago when two long-time leaders in Estimation and Production teamed up to solve a problem faced by many of our customers: How do we get the same quality, experience, and resources that we receive on larger jobs when working with smaller construction projects?
Mark Williams, an HVAC and Production veteran leads this division, which has provided a much needed solution for BCH clients and carved out a niche, performing both direct-to-owner and smaller, fast-track projects for general contractors. The division has been successful from its origination. The key to its success has been the ability to provide an experienced and knowledgeable group of craftsmen who can react immediately to the demands of small, fast paced projects; place men on-site within hours notice instead of days notice; and wrap up projects quickly.
This break-out division is focused on the idea of having one point of contact for clients from estimation to completion. Fast Track Division is accessible, responsive, and entirely driven by customer satisfaction.
