USAA Crosstown Center Phase II
BCH performed the mechanical for the 240,000 sq. ft. United States Automobile Association (USAA) project with DPR Construction. What was unique about the project scope was that it included connecting the existing chilled water plant, which BCH built in 2015, and providing a fully ducted sheet metal system with over 100,000 lbs. of metal.
