This was the new facility for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers that was built on the old Tampa Bay Mall site next to the stadium. BCH Mechanical was selected as the design/builder on this project providing both HVAC and Plumbing design and construction.
The office portion contains team operations, office, and physical training space as well as media relations, ticket sales, coaching offices, team meeting space, and video production studios. The weight training facility and mechanical equipment is housed in the training building. The maintenance building serves the two illuminated, natural turf inside practice fields.
This was a tremendously exciting project to be part of, with BCH having the responsibility of bringing comfort to our World Champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The glass lobby shaped like a football is just one of the many unique aspects of this project.
