Quality Assurance

We are dedicated to a total quality management program and producing a quality product for our clients. All BCH employees are required to participate in the total quality process. BCH employs the practice of constant and never-ending improvement to continuously improve products and services in an effort to meet customer needs and stay ahead of the competition. Process improvement increases efficiencies and reduces any waste of manpower and materials. Other benefits of improved quality are lower costs, a more content workforce, and the award of more projects.

In construction, the quality of the process is just as important as the quality of the products. The process itself is a combination of people, tools, materials, equipment, and methods. If any of these components are lacking in quality, so will the final product. We work with our subcontractors and vendors to make sure they meet or exceed our Quality Assurance standards.

Our supervisors hold weekly safety meetings to review safety issues and communicate what must be accomplished. Our workers are trained in correct and safe usage of tools and equipment.

The jobsite foreman conducts a daily pre-job planning meeting to determine what needs to be done, and includes a member of the owner’s team, if necessary. The jobsite foreman will also perform a daily job site inspection walk through to ensure the cleanliness of the site and the proper operation of equipment.

These are just a few of the items from our Quality Assurance Program. To learn more about how BCH would manage the quality of your specific project, contact us.
