ConServ Building Services, LLC is the service division of BCH, and offers preventative maintenance, system repairs and 24-hour emergency service throughout the Southeastern United States, with one toll‐free call. ConServ aspires to be the primary service provider for all of your commercial HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general construction service needs.

When you need service, ConServ has the manpower to respond quickly, dispatching well‐trained, licensed, and experienced technicians. We have the flexibility of a small firm with the resources of a large corporation.  

 Many of our clients own multiple locations, requiring up‐to‐the minute information. We have instituted computerized maintenance, dispatch and billing programs to specifically address these concerns:

• 24-hour remote monitoring and control of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning
• Customized online reporting
• Dispatch via e-mail, phone, or website
• Our paperless system allows us to digitally transmit information to and from the field. Service Technicians are equipped with tablets for quick access to information, such as the service history of each piece of equipment, customer location, and any special instructions.
